Well established firm specialising in providing a range of services including employee benefits consultancy and pension administration services. Staying at the forefront of developments within the industry, they strive to build long-term relationships with trustees and scheme sponsors via clear communication strategies. Joining a staff offering of over 700 employees across 12 locations, this instrumental role is based in London.
Working closely with the Managing Director, responsibilities will include developing and implementing short, medium and long term operational stratgies in order to meet business objectives. Creating and managing relationships with internal departments, third party support services and product providers such as SIPP, Bonds and Wrap platforms, you will ensure optimal efficiency across this division. This role will also see you manage budgets and prepare point of sale documentation.
The ideal candidate with be a strategic thinker, with strong communication and relationship management skills. Experience within financial services is essential, preferably within asset management. In return an excellent package is on offer, with a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 + exceptional benefits.
