Flexible Benefits Support Consultant required for this highly regarded organisation within the Employee Benefits and HR Consulting field. Assisting and supporting a team of Flexible Benefit Consultants you will assist with maintaining client portfolios whilst understanding the administrative processes for each individual client. You will be responsible for supporting consultants in the execution of feasibility studies, specifically in relation to data work and reward calculations. You will also be required to respond to members and employees’ queries around benefits, therefore it is imperative that you develop an understanding of client needs.
It is essential for applicants to have a good working knowledge of the Employee Benefits industry, specifically a thorough understanding of Salary Sacrifice and all benefits included within a Flexible Benefits package. Previous experience in a similar role is essential and a competitive salary of between £23,000 - £25,000 + full benefits package is on offer.
