Flexible Benefits Consultant required for Advisory firm based in London to work as part of a Multiple Disciplinary Team advising a portfolio of corporate clients in respect of their online and flexible benefit arrangements. As a Flex Consultant you will be responsible for all Flexible Benefit launches and renewals whilst ensuring effective communication between clients and the client servicing teams. You will be able to clearly demonstrate a strategy for actively developing business by promoting existing lines of consultancy, securing additional lines of consultancy and obtaining referrals for new corporate clients. You will also be required to support other Flexible Benefits Consultants on technical issues, e.g. feasibility studies, salary and bonus sacrifice.
To be considered you will have a background in Flexible Benefits with knowledge of healthcare and risk benefits, lifestyle benefits and providers, e.g. cycle to work, child care vouchers etc plus a working knowledge of salary sacrifice and a flexible benefits scheme and Prince 2 would also be highly desirable. Salary depending on experience and this firm offer a generous benefits package.
