London based Advisory firm specialising in the occupational pensions market have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Communications Consultant to provide dedicated comprehensive support to the Communications Team. Supporting Senior Consultants in the day to day delivery of consultancy work for clients you will assist with the preparation of tenders for new clients, liaise with clients during implementation whilst providing regular updates and assisting with drafting documentation for pensions and employee benefits communication. Liaising with printers and other external suppliers you will also be responsible for preparing design briefs for design agencies, accurately proof-reading documents and drafting invoices.
Educated to A-level or equivalent you will have previous experience of liaising directly with clients or 3rd parties as well as proven administration experience. Interest and understanding of pensions is required and you will ideally have an awareness of communication techniques. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy with the ability to creatively use a very high standard of English language and grammar is essential as are strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Salary on offer is between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience plus a generous benefits package. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract role.
