Global consulting organisation offering a full services proposition in the employee benefits space, this firm focuses on delivering benefits online to medium and large corporates. Due to several large clients wins the need has arisen for 3 Benefits Consultants to be based in their central London offices.
Focussing on consulting to large online clients, you will be involved in feasibility, scheme design and the overseeing of the launch. In addition, you will also be involved in delivering the associated benefits through others. As a Benefits Consultant you will be expected to provide integrated benefit advice across all product areas including DC Pensions and Online Benefits for both the UK & Internationally. You will have experience of launching GPPs online as well and some International flex would be advantageous.
Candidates must be working in the benefits space consulting on medium to large projects in the flex and reward space. Salary ranges between £40,000 - £65,000 depending on experience and this firm offers a generous benefits package.
